WHISKS and FRENCH WHIPS

18/8 Stainless steel wires, handcrafted for optimum stirring, mixing and blending.  Each whip shares the identical attention of wire spacing, radius curve and overall length to match every cooking need and preference.  Weighted for dynamic mixing control and comfort.  Wire length is sized in concert with handle balance and grip dimension to give the cook a feel for the effortlessness and efficiency of the task.  

The Best Balloon Whip’s magic is in the 10-wire shape; a wider circumference to whip up the airiest meringues and cremes or to finish any blending more quickly than a cumbersome mixer. A loop secures the wires near the working surface to better reach shallow ingredients. 

Stainless Steel wires and 1-inch diameter handle are designed for commercial stovetop conditions.  The thick handle offers a solid grip for the serious souffle and meringue chef.  The handle is completely sealed with epoxy to eliminate any area where food may lodge and water may enter, making it hygienic and easy to clean.
