An updated version that has the julienne blade built into the mandolin for quick setup and use. Simply rotate the dial on the side to the desired selection. 

Also built into the mandolin is a straight and serrated blade. The straight blade can be removed and replaced if necessary.

This is a great way to quickly slice and julienne vegetables. The ergonomic non-slip grip and folding leg help support the mandolin while in use. This model also includes a safety guard / pusher which should be used at all times to protect hands and fingers. 

Includes: Adjustable blade thickness from paper thin to thick.  (Thickness adjusts to 3, 6 and 9 mm)

All parts are dishwasher safe.
